The Internet of Blockchain Foundation 是创立于 2017 年的独立组织，由 Essentia.One 创始人 Matteo Gianpietro Zago 牵头，促进创新和采用更安全、隐私的分布式资源。其使命是促进 Web 3.0 广泛采用与过渡，以用户为中心的 Web 3.0 网络，用户可以完全拥有自己的数据、身份和数字资产。分布式网络由以下标准定义：持久性、不可篡改、隐私、反审查、语言与设备不可知、故障证明、未来证明等。
